Why I Started sabXplores ✨

I started sabxplores as a way to think out loud about health, not just at the individual level, but across systems.

I’m interested in how healthcare actually works. The structures behind it, the differences between systems like the US and UK, and how those differences shape outcomes.

Alongside that, I explore the science. Muscle health, imaging, and how systems biology connects to performance and long term health.

This space is also personal. It is a record of what I am learning, experiencing, and trying to understand as I move through different healthcare environments.

sabXplores is less about having answers, and more about asking better questions.
