Welcome to sabXplores

Across academic research, hospitals, and clinical environments in the US and UK, I have worked with clinical teams, imaging data, regulatory systems, and patient care workflows. These experiences have shaped how I think about healthcare, not just as science, but as a system that people have to navigate.
At the center of my work is a simple question:
I am especially drawn to the spaces between disciplines, where researchers, clinicians, engineers, and patients do not always speak the same language. That is where I do my best work.
sabXplores is where I translate complex medical research, health systems, and emerging technologies into clear, practical insights, connecting science, care, and lived experience.
Here, I write about medical research, health systems, and the patient experience, as well as the ways neuroscience, technology, and digital health are shaping the future of care.
